Oh Wowzah! I had a mild vulnerability hangover from my “coming out’ post. Sharing from the heart is an interesting process to watch the internal reaction and responses.
Often ‘Social’ sharing offers glimpses into amazing and empowered lives. There are the responding cheers, thumbs up and hearts. And then there are the non-responsive observers who clap silently from the side line and least not forgot those who quietly judge or feel their own insecurities rise. I am all of those from time to time and susceptible to those likes and dislikes. If we only post our ‘beautiful life’ moments then our audience are led to believe or deceived into believing our world is a conveyer belt of joy filled creative genius; a delightful mouth-watering crème de la crème truffle! However, if we post our sad ass stories, no one wants to hear it or it’s classed as over sharing. This is not particularly new information – most of us are aware of this. I just like the idea of sharing my honest view before enticing any of you into ‘liking and sharing’ any of my Bayside Ka Huna Massage promo posts. A dear friend Jairus says and lives by 2 words, “Who Cares!” He is one of the most open-hearted unrestricted – and caring people I know. We are all unique individuals navigating an earthly experience. If we can observe (rather than attach to) the obstacles that restrict our authentic heart centred expression than we are better equipped to share joy in the world. That is my aim and intention. When we flow on the Ka Huna table it is from a heart centred space – a space of authenticity.
